I have been wanting a bread machine for a while, and I am so glad I got Zojirushi BB-CEC20. I’ll admit at first the couple of loaves of bread I made were completely misshapen and hard. So I read some of the reviews and took better care to measure my ingredients with more accuracy. After that, the bread turned out good. But for anyone who buys a bread machine, I must highly recommend The Bread Lover’s Bread Machine Cookbook by Beth Hensperger. I have found that the breads I made from this cookbook turned out much better than the recipes that come with the machine.
